This notice explains how LeagueNexa uses information for this website and its league-management platform. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to our privacy contact at info@leaguenexa.ca.
Information we use
Sales and support inquiries include the details you send by email, such as your name, email address, league name, team count and requested services. The platform uses account and registration details, approved league memberships, rosters, player profiles, uploaded photos, game statistics and achievements. Optional registration questions are set by your league.
Why we use it
Information supports account access, registration review, league administration, schedules, game records, player portals, public league websites and requested support. Inquiry details let us respond to your inquiry and discuss services with you. We use information for these purposes and other purposes you authorize, or as permitted or required by law.
Your league’s public information
League websites can display player names, rosters, photos, statistics, results and awards. Social graphics exported by a league may also contain player information. League administrators must obtain appropriate permissions before adding or publishing information. Ask your league administrator about its publication choices, and contact LeagueNexa about your platform account. Public information can be viewed, copied and shared by others.
Providers and browser storage
Our service providers include Cloudflare for delivery, Supabase for platform accounts and data, Google Workspace for inquiry email, and Sites for this marketing website. They may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. Contact our privacy contact for information about our use of providers outside Canada.
The platform stores sign-in sessions and preferences in browser storage. This homepage does not add advertising trackers or an analytics script. Hosting providers may keep operational request logs. Google-hosted fonts cause your browser to contact Google. External video or social links are subject to the destination service’s practices.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain requested league history and meet applicable obligations. We use appropriate access controls and provider safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, corrections and deletion
Contact info@leaguenexa.ca to request access, corrections or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your league. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate operational purposes. We will explain applicable limits when responding to your request.
Adult leagues
LeagueNexa is intended for adult leagues at launch. Accounts and services are not intended for people under 18. Contact us if information about a minor has been submitted so we can address it with the league.
